Rental Rates for our Lake Como villa.
Our rental rates for Villa Rustica give you exclusive use of the villa and all its facilities. The accommodation rates include the following:
- The entire villa, gardens and access to the lake;
- Bed linen;
- Bath, swimming and hand towels;
- Electricity, gas, heating and firewood;
- Free WiFi.
There is a fixed fee of EUR150 per week that covers:
- Cleaning and linen laundry after you check out at the end of your stay;
- Bed linen and towels will be changed weekly if your stay is for more than 7 nights;
- Weekly cleaning during your stay if your stay is for more than 7 nights;
Additional charges:
- All 10 beds will be prepared, regardless of how many people you book for, so there will be plenty of linen and towels. If you do require additional sheets, towels and cleaning, then these can be provided on request for a small additional fee.
During high season the minimum booking period is 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. For other periods, please enquire.

- 30% non-refundable deposit required to confirm the booking
- Balance of payment required four weeks prior to the start of rental;
- If the balance of payment is not received at least two weeks before the start of rental, then the booking is automatically cancelled;
- 50% refund of the total rental cost if paid up in full if cancelled at least four weeks before the start of the holiday;
